Ramona Illa

I attended UW Stout and Inver Hills Community College receiving an AS degree in Contemporary Business and Management. After college, I started a career managing various banks in management, commercial lending, and operations roles.

After the birth of our first of three children, I decided to do in-home childcare until my husband (Ed) and I moved to Red Wing almost 3 years ago. We enjoy anything we can do outside, hunting, walking the trails in our woods, watching the birds, swimming, riding ATV’s and so much more. We are project people and find that we thrive on home improvement projects.

I also work part-time at Target where I love helping guests and the beautiful friendships that I have with my fellow coworkers. In the rare event that I do have spare time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, playing board games or cards with my kids, and visiting our extended family. I have also been known to take in and help animals in need. I currently have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 fish. I have a soft spot for anything furry.

As a new Customer Service Representative here at SIG I am looking forward to building new relationships with clients and coworkers and furthering my own knowledge and growth in this exciting new field.
